About.
A permanent home for the person behind the company.
Founder wellbeing should not be a campaign, a conference theme, or a benefit that disappears when the budget tightens. It should be infrastructure.
Why this exists.
In 2017, GVN published the Founder Wellness Pact, ten commitments for accelerators and venture organizations that wanted to take founder wellbeing seriously. It began as a public promise. Over time it became a practical question: if we believe these commitments, what permanent support should exist behind them?
The Founder Wellbeing Collective is the answer we kept building toward. It brings confidential coaching, facilitated peer groups, restorative summits, and clear referral pathways into one place. It is designed for founders, but it is not designed around startup theater. There are no vanity metrics here, no hustle language, and no expectation that difficulty should be turned into content.
The Collective is an initiative of GVN. That relationship gives the work institutional continuity and keeps it connected to the accelerators, studios, and ecosystem leaders who can change the conditions around founders, not just ask founders to become more resilient inside broken ones.
