What we actually talk about.
You talk about whatever you are actually carrying. Some weeks that is cofounder conflict, board pressure, a fundraise that is going sideways, or a hire you know you have to unmake. Other weeks it is the stuff underneath, like the fear you cannot say out loud at work, the marriage that is absorbing the company’s stress, or the fact that you cannot remember the last time you felt rested. All of it belongs in the room.
Your coach has founder and operator experience and formal coaching training. They will not just nod. They will ask the questions nobody else in your life is positioned to ask, and they will tell you the truth as they see it, kindly and directly.
And to be clear about what this is not: coaching is not therapy. If what you need is a licensed therapist, we will say so plainly and connect you with vetted counselors who know founder life. That referral conversation is free, and nothing about it is ever shared with anyone.

How coaching works.
Coaching membership includes two private fifty minute sessions per month with your matched coach, plus message access between sessions for the weeks that do not wait. Membership is $600 per month, and $480 per month for founders working with a GVN member accelerator or studio. If you want to try a single session first, a reset session is $250 with no membership required.
